As first time buyers we felt in the dark having tried and failed in buying a property through a different estate agents. We contacted Webbs having found the Maisonette that we liked the look of. From the first point of contact to arrange the viewing until post-collection of our keys, Stuart and Pauline together were incredible. Having conveyed the issues we felt on the first failed purchased, they listened, understood and deliverer. They provided us with so much knowledge about the area and things that helped us with deciding that this was the place we wanted to buy (and sure enough within 48 hours of viewing we had an offer accepted).
