Referral Fees

Solicitors – ‘various’ £100 plus VAT per instruction.

Finance – Our recommended financial company is ‘Integra Financial’.  Webbs commission is 25% of Integra Financial's fee per client instruction.

Insurance company – Webbs work with ‘Lettings Hub’ and earn the following commissions:

• Tenants home insurance - 20% of net price.
• Landlord's building and content insurance - 20% of the net price.
• At the renewal of the above 10% of the renewal price.
• Landlords rent and legal protection - 10% of the net price and 10% of the renewal net price.
• Landlords legal protection only - 10% of the net price and 10% of the renewal price.
