It took a long time as our buyer kept losing his buyers, but Pauline, Stuart, Jay and the staff in the background kept going and reassuring us that it would be sold and completed soon. Webb’s staff are helpful, really nice and professional, we received continued support, feedback and help and even when I nearly lost it over our buyer, they knew it wasn’t directed at them they were very understanding of the situation and supported us. If we still lived in the area and decided to move again we would definitely use Webb’s and we will recommend them to others who are looking to move. As first time buyers we felt in the dark having tried and failed in buying a property through a different estate agents. We contacted Webbs having found the Maisonette that we liked the look of. From the first point of contact to arrange the viewing until post-collection of our keys, Stuart and Pauline together were incredible. Having conveyed the issues we felt on the first failed purchased, they listened, understood and deliverer.
